As part of CREW Network, the industry’s premier networking coalition, CREW Northern Colorado is dedicated to transforming the commercial real estate industry by advancing women globally.
Since 2006 CREW Northern Colorado has connected commercial real estate professionals in Larimer and Weld County with monthly networking events and powerful presentations. The chapter originally started with 10 members and today has over 70 members in various disciplinaries.

Abbey Steger
President
Abbey Steger - President
Abbey has been in the insurance industry since 2013 spending the entirety of her career at PFS Insurance Group, LLC. She is a Partner and Commercial Risk Advisor specializing in property, general liability, workers compensation, and other coverages necessary for protecting the assets of large businesses of various industries.
Abbey is passionate about the insurance business and is committed to providing excellent customer service. For her work, she was named Colorado’s “Young Insurance Professional of the Year” in 2015, and she lists that as one of her biggest professional achievements.
A graduate of the University of Colorado, Abbey enjoys being active, spending time with family and friends, and giving back to the community in her free time.
In 2021, Abbey was honored as a 40 Under Forty award recipient by BizWest Media. She also became the first female partner of PFS Insurance Group, LLC in 2021. Her agency was awarded the “Best Large Insurance Agency of 2022” by Professional Independent Insurance Agents of Colorado (PIIAC).

Tiffany Villavicencio

Tiffany Villavicencio - Board Member
Tiffany is an experienced commercial real estate professional and has been in retail property management for over 17 years. Skilled in specialty leasing, tenant relations, managing people and teams, event planning and management, marketing and graphic design, she currently serves as the Specialty Leasing Manager and Marketing Manager of The Promenade Shops at Centerra for CBRE Inc.
Tiffany is a proud graduate of Colorado State University, a licensed real estate broker and a Certified Marketing Director (CMD) with the International Council of Shopping Centers. She has been recognized as a 2019 40 Under Forty award recipient as well as a Woman of Distinction nominee by BizWest Media. In addition to the CREW Northern Colorado board, she also serves on as the Treasurer of the Northern Colorado Regional Tourism Authority and has enjoyed volunteering for amazing organizations such as KidsPak, Santa Cops, Loveland Chamber of Commerce, Habitat for Humanity, St. Jude, American Military Family, Partners Mentoring Youth and many more.
Tiffany enjoys spending time with her husband and two kids, loves traveling the world and seeks out destinations with great scuba diving.

Jamie Globelnik

Jamie Globelnik - Past President
Jamie has eight years’ experience in commercial real estate and has been with Realtec Loveland since 2015. She is a Broker specializing in the leasing and sales of office and industrial space. Additionally, she manages a number of commercial properties in the Northern Colorado area, including Class A office and medical space, along with industrial space. Jamie also assists with transaction coordination, various marketing campaigns and customer relations.
Jamie graduated from Colorado State University in 2014 with her Bachelor of Science Degree in Organization and Innovation Management.

In 2020, Jamie won the Northern Colorado Commercial Association of Realtors (NCCAR) Rookie Broker of the Year Titan Award, which is awarded to the broker with the highest level of real estate transactions within the first three years of having their license. In 2021, she was honored as a Notable Woman in Commercial Real Estate by BizWest Media and in 2022, she was honored as a 40 Under Forty award recipient by BizWest Media.

Adrien Ruckle

Adrien Ruckle - Secretary
Adrien Ruckle is head of Sales for Land Title Guarantee Company in Loveland. She is a Colorado native and graduated from the University of Northern Colorado with a degree in communications and a minor in journalism. She also played competitively on the women’s golf team. After graduating, she started her title career in 2003. Throughout her career she has worked in the Title Department, Escrow Department as an Assistant, in the Sales Department as Marketing Coordinator and in a Business Development capacity for the last eight years. She loves all the relationships she has built within the real estate community and is looking forward to utilizing her knowledge and expertise within the CREW Network.

Hilary works at the Everitt Real Estate Center for Colorado State University, where she works to cultivate and strengthen community engagement between the real estate program and its stakeholders including the College of Business students, alumni, research faculty, corporations, friends and real estate organizations. Hilary’s dedication to building relationships stem from a lifelong passion around community engagement and participation, combining a career in finance and real estate industries with her commitment to be part of meaningful solutions in creating sustainable communities. Her favorite part of this role are those moments when students, industry professionals and alumni share enthusiasm and passion about the finance and real estate industry.

Stacy Brown

Stacy Brown - Board Member
Stacy began working for the Town of Windsor April 2011. She has been involved in economic development for over 24 years and thoroughly enjoys working with companies to supply them with the resources that they can use to operate more efficiently and effectively. Prior to working for the Town of Windsor, she worked for Northern Colorado Economic Development Corporation (NCEDC) a regional economic development organization that served all of Larimer County. Stacy also worked for the City of Lakewood Economic Development Department.
Stacy has been able to bring in nearly $650 million worth of investment to Windsor since 2011. That has equated to almost 2.3 million square feet of space being built or acquired in the Town. Those companies will create over 3,042 jobs with an annual payroll of over $154 million. Stacy has handled over 1,300 prospects since starting the department.
She received her Bachelor of Arts in Journalism, Public Relations and Advertising Media from the University of Northern Colorado, is a graduate of the University of Oklahoma’s Economic Development Institute, a graduate of the Leadership Jefferson County Program and Northern Colorado Leadership Program. Stacy has been a Biz West 40 under 40 honoree, a 2014 Woman of Vision from the Colorado Women of Influence and a 2021 Women of Distinction honoree in Government, Energy & Utilities sector.
Stacy is the current past Chair for the Economic Development Council of Colorado (EDCC) Board, a past president and current board member of Commercial Real Estate for Women (CREW) for Northern Colorado, she also sits on the Front Range Community College Business Advisory Board, and Columbine Health Systems Advisory Board.

Since 2004 I have been serving clients in the real estate, lending, and title services industries. Helping my clients utilize tools and strategic marketing to enhance their business. Specializing in relationship-based sales, the ability to negotiate new business and maintain existing accounts with proven results.
With 17 years in the industry, I am proud have been with Fidelity National Title for the last six, helping agents, lenders and commercial brokers with all title needs.

Cobey Wess

Cobey Wess serves as a Senior Advisor for SVN in Colorado. She has established herself as a strong landlord representative and has a history of accomplishments with the sale of complicated multi-tenant investment properties. Cobey’s experience in lease negotiations and commercial sales provides valuable experience from the tenant’s and landlord’s perspective. This experience, coupled with her business consulting history, provides an excellent background for helping companies of all sizes with their unique real estate needs.

Dixie combines her entrepreneurial energy with a lifelong passion for helping others. She generously shares her passion, innovation leadership, intense business savvy and extensive network of contacts to encourage others, both as individuals and as new entrepreneurs.

Natalie Fritz

Natalie Fritz - Board Member
Natalie has been a real estate, business, and finance attorney with Coan, Payton & Payne, LLC since 2021, though she has been practicing law since early 2018. A graduate of the University of Denver Sturm College of Law, she advises on a broad range of matters spanning the life cycle of both commercial and residential real estate projects, including purchase and sale and leasing transactions, title and survey review, and land use and planning. She also advises lenders and borrowers in relation to commercial financing, and corporate clients with respect to business organization, restructuring, succession planning, and various general corporate matters.
Natalie is passionate about serving her Northern Colorado community and is honored to serve as a CREW NoCo Board Member.

Kim Buxbaum - Board Member
Kim is a Commercial Lending Relationship Manager with Independent Financial where she specializes in working with clients to achiever their business financial strategy. She has 23 years of experience in the financial industry and the last 6 years in commercial real estate lending. She brings experience in cash flow management, real estate and asset purchases, and building strong client relationships. Kim manages a portfolio of commercial clients in the Northern Colorado market and is responsible for business development of new commercial relationships. She has experience with several areas of real estate lending such as Investment and multi-family, industrial, healthcare, and office properties.
