As part of CREW Network, the industry’s premier networking coalition, CREW Northern Colorado is dedicated to transforming the commercial real estate industry by advancing women globally.
Since 2006 CREW Northern Colorado has connected commercial real estate professionals in Larimer and Weld County with monthly networking events and powerful presentations. The chapter originally started with 10 members and today has over 85 members in various disciplinaries.

Lauren Larsen

Lauren Larson - President
Lauren Larsen is the Managing Broker at NAI Affinity, specializing in commercial real estate advisory and brokerage services across Northern Colorado. She primarily focuses on development land transactions, as well as retail and industrial properties, representing developers, investors, landlords, and tenants in acquisitions, dispositions, and leasing assignments.
She is a graduate of the Leeds School of Business at the University of Colorado, where she earned her Bachelor of Business Administration with an emphasis in Real Estate.
Lauren is actively involved in the commercial real estate community. She serves as President of CREW Northern Colorado and is a graduate of Leadership Northern Colorado. In recognition of her leadership and industry impact, she was honored with the 2024 NAI Global Women’s Alliance Champion Award.

Cheryl has been in the commercial construction industry since 2011, spending the majority of her career in Northern Colorado. She has held various roles across accounting, operations, business development, and marketing, showcasing her versatility and depth of knowledge. Currently serving as a Senior Marketing Manager for Saunders Construction, Cheryl brings expertise in marketing strategy, communications, cross-departmental collaboration, proposal management, and content creation.
Cheryl is passionate about building relationships and connecting others within the CRE and AEC industries. In addition to her professional role, she serves on the board for the Northern Colorado Construction Sector Partnership and is a graduate of Leadership Fort Collins. Cheryl is dedicated to fostering innovation and collaboration in every aspect of her work.

Kim is Vice President Relationship Manager with SouthState Bank where she specializes in working with clients to achieve their business financial strategy. She has 24 years of experience in the financial industry and the last seven years in commercial real estate lending. She brings experience in cash flow management, real estate and asset purchase, and building strong client relationships. Kim manages a portfolio of commercial clients in the Northern Colorado market and is responsible for business development of new commercial relationships. She has experience with several areas of real estate lending such as investment and multi-family, industrial, healthcare, and office properties.

Debbie Davis has been in the banking industry for 36yrs, and 31 of those years right here in Northern Colorado. Her current role is Senior Vice President, Commercial Lender & Business Development Officer at Bank of Colorado, Colorado’s largest family-owned bank. Debbie enjoys helping her clients reach their goals by providing innovative and creative solutions for managing their cash flow as well as financing their business needs with both conventional and SBA commercial credit facilities.
Debbie is highly committed to our local community. She currently serves as board treasurer for CREW NC, is past president with the Berthoud Chamber of Commerce, board treasurer for Berthoud Habitat for Humanity, director for Be the Gift, Community Foundation of Northern Colorado’s Berthoud Committee and member of the Government Affairs Committee of the Loveland Berthoud Association of Realtors, and founding member of Colorado Women of Influence. Over the past several years she has served in leadership roles as chair for the Loveland Downtown Partnership, Loveland Chamber of Commerce, and many other local non-profits. Debbie is a humbly grateful recipient of the Miki Roth Eagle Spirit Award, the Heart of Loveland Award, BizWest’s Woman of Distinction, and awarded in the Top 50 Most Influential in Business.
Personally, Debbie and her husband Craig, have 5 adult children and 11 grandchildren. They enjoy traveling and entertaining outdoors at their home in Loveland, Colorado.

Rachel specializes in the sale and leasing of office, industrial, retail, land, and residential properties throughout Northern Colorado. Rachel has over 16 years of real estate experience. She has extensive experience with real estate contracts, leases, property management, 1031 Exchange real estate investments, land assemblage, water rights acquisitions, industrial and office property sales.
During her early career, Rachel mentored under and worked directly with Craig Hau, Senior Commercial Advisor at The Group, where she managed over $416,000,000.00 in volume and managed over 675 transactions. Along with Rachel’s commercial real estate background, Rachel has over 9 years of residential real estate experience.
Her extensive knowledge of both the commercial real estate and residential real estate market segments sets Rachel apart amongst other industry experts. Having experience and actively selling in both market segments allows Rachel to have a comprehensive understanding of the entire Northern Colorado real estate market.
She takes pride in providing world-class service to her clients and ensures that her clients know that they are always top-priority. Clients have stated that her knowledge of the real estate process & contracts, negotiation skills, combined with her outgoing personality makes for a smooth, easy transaction.
Rachel is a member of the Northern Colorado Commercial Association of Realtors (NCCAR), the Fort Collins Board of Realtors, as well as the National Association of Realtors and the Colorado Association of Realtors. Additionally, she is on the Board of Directors for Partners (formerly, Partners Mentoring Youth) and she is a long-standing member of WomenGive and is active in the Northern Colorado communities.

Debby has been a proud member of CREW since the inception of the Northern Colorado chapter in 2006 and has served in many roles. CREW NOCO is excited to have her on the board as the chapter’s Membership Chair in 2024.

Marissa is a banking professional serving as Vice President Banking Manager with First Western Trust. She has been in the banking industry since 2005 where she has worked in numerous different roles. She has been with First Western Trust since 2016 and in her current role she partners with business owners and high net worth individuals to help achieve their financial goals; specifically, by focusing on treasury management, deposits and lending. Marissa is responsible for managing current client relationships and developing new relationships in Northern Colorado.
Marissa actively engages with philanthropic initiatives such as the NoCo Changemakers, Give Next and the Children’s Museum of Northern Colorado. She is also involved with CREW and the Town of Severance, and places strong emphasis on the power of philanthropy and meaningful community engagement.
Sarah Sullivan

Sarah Sullivan - Board Member
Sarah Sullivan is Community Bank President at ANB Bank in Fort Collins, leading teams across residential, commercial, and construction lending to deliver growth. With 15 years in financial services, she has a diverse background spanning construction lending, underwriting, portfolio management, retail branch operations, and strategic business development. Sarah’s experience includes leading company-wide process implementations, such as new loan origination platforms and multi-state lending programs.
Sarah serves on the boards of CREW Northern Colorado, Habitat for Humanity Fort Collins, the Everitt Real Estate Center, and Junior Achievement Rocky Mountain. She recently joined Leadership Fort Collins and is a committed community leader. She advocates for expanding affordable housing and inclusive economic opportunity across Northern Colorado.
Sarah holds a B.S. in Business Administration from Colorado State University and is pursuing the American Bankers Association Stonier graduate-level banking program.
Tiffany Villavicencio

Tiffany Villavicencio - Board Member
Tiffany is the Vice President of Marketing for Bank of Colorado where she oversees all marketing efforts for the corporate office and branch locations across Colorado, New Mexico and Arizona. Prior to joining the bank, she spent 20 years in marketing, retail property management and leasing.
Tiffany is a proud graduate of Colorado State University, a licensed real estate broker and a Certified Marketing Director (CMD) with the International Council of Shopping Centers. She was recognized as a 40 Under Forty award recipient as well as a Woman of Distinction honoree by BizWest. Tiffany enjoys spending time with her husband and two kids, loves traveling the world and seeks out destinations with great scuba diving.
