As part of CREW Network, the industry’s premier networking coalition, CREW Northern Colorado is dedicated to transforming the commercial real estate industry by advancing women globally. CREW Network was founded in 1989 to bring together women involved in the many aspects of commercial real estate to exchange information, develop business contacts and help each other succeed professionally. Today, CREW Network provides support to its 12,000 members worldwide through business networking, leadership development, industry research and career outreach.

Since 2006 CREW Northern Colorado has connected commercial real estate professionals in Weld and Larimer counties with monthly events and powerful presentations. Jamie Globelnik

Jamie Globelnik

President

Jamie has eight years’ experience in commercial real estate and has been with Realtec Loveland since 2015. She is a Broker specializing in the leasing and sales of office and industrial space. Additionally, she manages a number of commercial properties in the Northern Colorado area, including Class A office and medical space, along with industrial space. Jamie also assists with transaction coordination, various marketing campaigns and customer relations.

Jamie graduated from Colorado State University in 2014 with her Bachelor of Science Degree in Organization and Innovation Management.

In 2020, Jamie won the Northern Colorado Commercial Association of Realtors (NCCAR) Rookie Broker of the Year Titan Award, which is awarded to the broker with the highest level of real estate transactions within the first three years of having their license. In 2021, she was honored as a Notable Woman in Commercial Real Estate by BizWest Media and in 2022, she was honored as a 40 Under Forty award recipient by BizWest Media.

Abbey Steger

Abbey has been in the insurance industry since 2013 spending the entirety of her career at PFS Insurance Group, LLC. She is a Partner and Commercial Risk Advisor specializing in property, general liability, workers compensation, and other coverages necessary for protecting the assets of large businesses of various industries.

Abbey is passionate about the insurance business and is committed to providing excellent customer service. For her work, she was named Colorado’s “Young Insurance Professional of the Year” in 2015, and she lists that as one of her biggest professional achievements.

A graduate of the University of Colorado, Abbey enjoys being active, spending time with family and friends, and giving back to the community in her free time.

In 2021, Abbey was honored as a 40 Under Forty award recipient by BizWest Media. She also became the first female partner of PFS Insurance Group, LLC in 2021. Her agency was awarded the “Best Large Insurance Agency of 2022” by Professional Independent Insurance Agents of Colorado (PIIAC).

Stacy has been involved in economic development for over 18 years and thoroughly enjoys working with companies to supply them with the resources that they can use to operate more efficiently and effectively. Currently Stacy is the Director of Economic Development for the Town of Windsor where she focuses on Primary Employers, Retail & is the Business Ombudsman.

Janese Younger

As Senior Vice President in the Northern Colorado market for FirstBank, Janese Younger, has been in banking since 2011. In this role, Ms. Younger is a relationship manager with experience in several areas of real estate lending, including commercial projects in the multi-family, industrial, and retail sectors, plus construction and land development. Her other lending experience includes, business lending, SBA loans, consumer lending and mortgages.

Adrien Ruckle

Adrien Ruckle is head of Sales for Land Title Guarantee Company in Loveland. She is a Colorado native and graduated from the University of Northern Colorado with a degree in communications and a minor in journalism. She also played competitively on the women’s golf team. After graduating, she started her title career in 2003. Throughout her career she has worked in the Title Department, Escrow Department as an Assistant, in the Sales Department as Marketing Coordinator and in a Business Development capacity for the last eight years. She loves all the relationships she has built within the real estate community and is looking forward to utilizing her knowledge and expertise within the CREW Network.

Cobey Wess

Cobey Wess serves as a Senior Advisor for SVN in Colorado. She has established herself as a strong landlord representative and has a history of accomplishments with the sale of complicated multi-tenant investment properties. Cobey’s experience in lease negotiations and commercial sales provides valuable experience from the tenant’s and landlord’s perspective. This experience, coupled with her business consulting history, provides an excellent background for helping companies of all sizes with their unique real estate needs.

Melissa Moran

As Vice President with CBRE’s Northern Colorado office, Melissa Moran specializes primarily in retail and office transactions, from investment property sales to landlord and tenant representation. Ms. Moran brings more than twelve years experience in the shopping center industry, with expertise in lease negotiations, site selection and asset dispositions. Her experience managing each of the major shopping centers in Northern Colorado provides a solid background for understanding market nuances, and connecting retail to the communities.

Hilary Klein

Hilary is the Chief of Staff for Tribe Development Company, where her passion and experience is centered on putting wheels to strategy. She holds an MBA from Colorado State University, where she previously worked as the Assistant Director of the Everitt Real Estate Center. Her dedication to building relationships stem from a lifelong passion around community engagement and participation, combining a career in finance and real estate industries with her commitment to be part of meaningful solutions in creating sustainable communities.

Before moving to Colorado, Hilary enjoyed a career in Chicago working in financial operations and administration where she received her bachelor’s degree in environmental studies from DePaul University. As a Minnesota native, Hilary also served in the US Army Reserves.

Hilary loves to spend time wrangling three teenage kids, grabbing a beer at a local brewery, hiking and seeing music with her husband.

Specializing in relationship-based sales, the ability to negotiate new business and maintain existing accounts with proven results.
With 17 years in the industry, I am proud have been with Fidelity National Title for the last six, helping agents, lenders and commercial brokers with all title needs.

Dixie Daly, Business/Membership Director for the Loveland Chamber of Commerce. Creating and organizing many groups/events with Chamber, such as leadership Loveland, Early Birds lead group, Business Before & After Hours, Golf Tournaments, Corn Roast & Sweetheart Festival, Lunch Connections, Lunch N Learn, Annual Dinner, Valentine Stamping, Ambassador & Miss Valentine Programs, Plus, shares her expertise in Sponsorships.

Dixie combines her entrepreneurial energy with a lifelong passion for helping others. She generously shares her passion, innovation leadership, intense business savvy and extensive network of contacts to encourage others, both as individuals and as new entrepreneurs.
