August 3rd Breakfast Presentation – Northern Colorado Regional Airport

Join CREW Northern Colorado for a breakfast headlining the highly anticipated presentation on the development of the Northern Colorado Regional Airport: an Aviation Complex, Economic Driver, and Innovation Center. The presenters for our luncheon are Robert Hau, Bill Kennedy, and Diane Jones from The Formation Group.

The breakfast will be held at the Ptarmigan Country Club on August 3rd. Check in begins at 7:15 AM and the presentation begins at 7:30 AM.

Presentation Description:
Northern Colorado has a robust and diverse economy. Aerospace and aviation innovation are solid components of our economic strength. The physical assets and attributes of our Northern Colorado Regional Airport puts it in the top 2 – 3% in terms of instrumentation and physical features. This year, the airport was selected by the FAA and the Colorado Department of Transportation as the first public airport test site in the U.S. for a Virtual Air Traffic Control Tower. This is a key opportunity to demonstrate emerging technologies that are significantly impacting air safety and improving air operations.

Our airport is also strategically located in the heart of a major innovation center in this country. With approximately 1,100 undeveloped acres on and around the airport, the area offers a “clean slate” opportunity for innovative business and industrial development for northern Colorado.

The Formation Group is working to optimize the value of the Northern Colorado Regional Airport and the surrounding areas as a premier center for innovation and excellence.
