Abbey has been in the insurance industry since 2013 spending the entirety of her career at PFS Insurance Group, LLC. She is a Partner and Commercial Risk Advisor specializing in property, general liability, workers compensation, and other coverages necessary for protecting the assets of large businesses of various industries.

Abbey is passionate about the insurance business and is committed to providing excellent customer service. For her work, she was named Colorado’s “Young Insurance Professional of the Year” in 2015, and she lists that as one of her biggest professional achievements.

In 2021, Abbey was honored as a 40 Under Forty award recipient by BizWest Media. She also became the first female partner of PFS Insurance Group, LLC in 2021. Her agency was awarded the “Best Large Insurance Agency of 2022” by Professional Independent Insurance Agents of Colorado (PIIAC). In 2023, Abbey was the CREW Northern Colorado Chapter President and has served on the Board of Directors since 2021.  A graduate of the University of Colorado, Abbey enjoys being active, spending time with family and friends, and giving back to the community in her free time.

Kyle Dufford | Agency Operations Manager, PFS Insurance Group

Agency Operations Manager Kyle Dufford joined PFS in March of 2015. He began his insurance career in 1978 – getting his start as a janitor at his father’s agency, before ultimately becoming the corporate president and lead risk manager. Kyle specializes in large entity risk management, professional insurance, malpractice insurance, and medium to large account risk identification. He also manages carrier relationships and continuing education at the agency.

With a broad understanding of insurance and risk management, Kyle enjoys servicing his clients and developing lasting relationships. Kyle holds a CIC designation and also received an associate degree in risk management. Away from the agency, Kyle enjoys spending time with his family, and is active in his church, Calvary Chapel of Greeley.
