I have always had a passion for constructing. I enjoy the opportunities to form new relationships with each new project, and I always strive to exceed expectations with clients. Working with other professionals in a common goal of bringing an idea into reality has always been an incredibly rewarding experience. It’s like farming. You get to physically see and touch the result of all your labor and it’s very satisfying to be able to do that. It’s a noble trade and I feel privileged to work alongside so many extraordinary people. I earned a bachelor’s degree in Construction Management from Colorado State University.

Todd McCowin, Senior Project Manager | Fransen Pittman Construction

I began my construction career as a wood frame carpenter and moved through the residential management track before switching to the commercial construction side. I have worked for commercial contractors, build-to-suit developers, and as an Owner’s Representative. I have a degree in Philosophy from The Ohio State University and a Project Management degree from CSU. I have my PMI PMP, and Radon Inspector certification, LEED AP, Storm Water Management, and OSHA 30-hour certification.

Derek LePore, Senior Estimator | Fransen Pittman Construction

I have been with Fransen Pittman for over seven years and since my start, have become a LEED Green Associate and a Certified Quality Assurance Technician. Though I am originally from Colorado, I attended Harding University in Searcy, Arkansas where I earned my BBA in Management and Marketing.

Tyler Kaul, Project Manager | Fransen Pittman Construction

I started my career with an owner developer building apartment complexes. After a couple of years building apartments, I sought out a commercial contractor where I could get the project experience and variety I was looking for, and through a mutual connection, I was able to find a home at FP. Through my time at FP, I have been able to rise through the ranks from Project Engineer to Project Manager, while getting to work on projects in the majority of the market sectors we serve. I graduated from Colorado State University with a B.S. in Construction Management. Through my time at FP, I have been able to continue my education and training by attaining certification in CQAT and Advanced Storm Water certification.
