He is the founder of 44 North USA and leads the strategic practice for organizational effectiveness firm, Peak Solutions. Eric possesses a diverse background in leadership with more than 20 years of experience serving corporately, in the community, and as an entrepreneur. Eric is a licensed StratOp and LifePlan facilitator through the Paterson Center in Fort Collins, Colorado.
