What: Tour of The Foundry Development in Loveland 
When: Wednesday, November 6th, 3:00pm – 5:30pm
Where: Meet at the Foundry Plaza Stage – Free parking in the adjacent garage on 2nd Street, between Lincoln and Cleveland.
Please wear comfortable close toed shoes and dress appropriately. Part of the tour will take place outside

Sean Hawkins

  Sean Hawkins, Executive Director of the Loveland Downtown District and Ashley Davidson,Director of Real Estate and Asset Management for Brinkman, will lead us on a tour of the brand new Foundry Development including Patina Flats apartments, the new Metrolux Dine-In Movie Theatre, the Towneplace Suites by Marriot and the Foundry Public Plaza. The tour will also include a visit to the Desk Chair Workspace, Loveland’s new Co-working community.

Sean comes to us from Yakima, WA where he served as the Economic Development Manager for the City of Yakima since 2012.  In Yakima, he focused on downtown development, business recruitment and retention, and the development of the City-owned airport.  Before that, he had a variety of downtown development experience by working with BIDs in New York, Southern California, Texas, and throughout the country.   He is a graduate of the University of Kentucky and received his MBA from the University of Montana.   His wife’s name is Jessica and they have an 22-mo old son, Jack.
Ashley Davidson

  Ashley provides strategic planning, direction, and oversight of the real estate management team, as well as serving as the liaison between the development, brokers, owners and property management teams.

Ashley has over 13 years of real estate management experience spanning across multi-family, mixed use, office, retail, and garage operations. She brings extensive expertise in leasing across multiple real estate sectors and providing direct support to tenants to ensure their success. Her portfolio includes 2.7M SF of retail/office managed over her career including several multi-family, commercial, and value-add ground-up projects.
She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from University of Texas at Austin in Government.Ashley loves working with her dogs. She has an Australian Shepherd who is learning to herd livestock, run agility, and is making her debut in the show ring.
