Christian Bordewick | Market President, Bank of Colorado

Christian started his banking career in 1993 and joined Bank of Colorado in 2005 as Senior Vice President of Lending.  He was later appointed to the position of Branch President in 2007 where he manages the overall operations of the bank and lending opportunities in the Johnstown, Longmont, and Loveland markets.   He received his BS in Finance from the University of Wyoming and MS in Finance from the University of Colorado-Denver. He is and has been involved in several community organizations and boards including Thompson Valley Rotary, Loveland Sertoma, McKee Medical Center Advisory Board, Engaging Loveland, Loveland Community Fund Committee, and Colorado Youth Outdoors. Lisa has been with Independent Financial since 2013 and provides access to capital and resources to help business owners achieve their financial goals. Her expectation is to be there as your trusted advisor every step of the way. She is a multi-dimensional banking industry veteran with expertise in leadership, bank growth, sales/investment management, commercial and industrial lending and credit administration. Lisa is a Boulder County native dedicated to people, developing relationships and supporting our great communities.

Todd Benson | Relationship Manager & Director of Community Banking, FNBO

Todd is the Relationship Manager and Director of Community Banking at FNBO, where he leverages his unique background as a Northern Colorado native to build meaningful connections with local businesses. With experience working across both large and small banks, Todd understands how to isolate the current and future needs of his customers, and to design tailored solutions. He focuses on delivering customized service to promote the short- and long-term business goals of his clients. With 20 years of experience in financial services, Todd has fulfilled nearly every banking position. His journey started at the entry-level as a teller, progressed through roles such as branch manager, and then expanded into business development and commercial lending, offering him a broad perspective and hands-on experience in the field. Todd’s career began in retail and small business banking, and he has been working with commercial customers for the last 15 years. Given his vast experience and educational background, he is well equipped to meet the needs of his clients. Todd earned a Bachelor of Finance from Wartburg College.

Marissa Riopelle | Vice President Banking Manager, First Western Trust

Marissa is Vice President Banking Manager with First Western Trust where she specializes in working with business owners and high net worth individuals to achieve their financial goals. She has been in the banking industry since 2005 and with First Western since 2016. In her current role she helps clients with treasury management, deposits and lending. Marissa is responsible for managing current client relationships and developing new relationships in Northern Colorado. Marissa is also involved with Give Next and Children’s Museum of Northern Colorado.
