Join CREW Northern Colorado for a special interactive presentation by Cheri Ruskus, Business Coach, Author and Speaker. Every successful professional or business owner must be a great leader in order to influence their employees, colleagues and clients. During this program, we’ll focus on your authentic leadership style and how your influence impacts those around you.

We are adding into the equation the importance of knowing which of the 34 key strengths you possess that can accentuate your unique style of leadership. Each participant is requested, but not required, to participate in the StrengthsFinder 2.0 assessment prior to the event. Please bring your assessment results with you to the luncheon.

How to access the StrengthsFinder 2.0 assessment for FREE!

• If you are an Amazon Prime member, you can start a free Audible trial for 30 days and you will receive one credit to access an Audible book
• You will need to search for “StrengthsFinders 2.0” on Amazon from a web browser
• Find the Audiobook option and select “Free with Audible trial”
• Download Audible from your app store– if you are a first time Audible customer, you can download the book for free with your sign-up credit
• If you are already are an Audible customer, you are issued one free credit per month – use this credit to download the book
• Once you download the Audiobook, you will be emailed your “Supporting Documents” to the email on file with your Amazon/Audible account, which contains the code to access the StrengthsFinders 2.0 assessment
• Go to https://www.gallup.com/cliftonstrengths/en/254033/strengthsfinder.aspx and click “redeem access code”, enter the code, create an account and begin taking your assessment!
• Once you complete your assessment, the results page will show your “Top 5”. On the far right hand side of the page, click “Strengths Inside Guide” and a PDF will be generated which goes into detail on your Top 5 strengths. You do not need to pay for the “CliftonStrengths 34 Report” – this is an additional feature

The assessment can also be taken when either purchasing the book by Tom Rath (hardcover available on Amazon) and the link to the one time online assessment is in the back of the book. Or choose the Audible book for $18.37 if you do not have a credit available in your Audible account and the link will be emailed to you directly.
