CREW NoCo invites all members and non-members to a panel lunch presentation from top commercial real estate professionals in the region.  The Panel will discuss Commercial Real Estate trends in the Northern Colorado economy and their effect on the local market.  Find out the latest projects going on in our own backyard!

The Speakers are:

Cobey Wess – SVN Denver Commercial – NoCo Division

Cobey Wess serves as a Senior Advisor for SVN in Colorado. She has established herself as a strong landlord representative and has great success with the sale of complicated multi-tenant investment properties.  Additionally, Cobey continues to demonstrate success in the sale and leasing of retail and office properties.

Cobey has an extensive background as an entrepreneur and business consultant professional.  Her experience in lease negotiations and commercial sales provides valuable experience from the tenant’s and landlord’s perspective. This experience, coupled with her business consulting history, provides an excellent background for helping companies of all sizes with their unique real estate needs.

Mistene Nugent  – Vice President CBRE | Advisory & Transaction Services

Mistene Nugent is a Vice President based in Fort Collins, specializing in the sale and leasing of office properties across Northern Colorado. With 28 years of experience working in the local market, Mistene has a deep understanding of the role the workplace plays in helping a company promote its culture, attract and retain employees and boost productivity. She combines that knowledge with a background in finance to ensure her clients make strategic real estate decisions that deliver on business objectives and boost bottom line performance.

Prior to joining CBRE, Mistene co-owned a commercial relocation and furniture business. In this role she helped hundreds of clients with their new construction and redesign projects. She also gained first-hand experience in the evaluation of leasing and investment decisions as a business owner, a unique perspective she brings to the table.   A nearly 30-year Fort Collins resident, Mistene also has a passion for giving back to the community and is involved with several local associations, boards and charities.

Kelly Wisbrock – Development Manager, Kum & Go

Kellie Wisbrock is the Western Division Real Estate Development Manager for Kum & Go having over 20 years’ experience in the Convenience Retail industry, both in operations and real estate.  As a Real Estate Development Manger, Kellie responsible for site selection, managing the land acquisition of new locations.   The responsibility in this role includes identifying potential locations, creating strategic market plans, contract negotiation, financial analysis, assistance in entitlement process in multiple municipalities, internal approvals and managing broker relationships.  Kellie holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from Colorado State University.
