The Speakers are:

Cobey Wess serves as a Senior Advisor for SVN in Colorado. She has established herself as a strong landlord representative and has great success with the sale of complicated multi-tenant investment properties.  Additionally, Cobey continues to demonstrate success in the sale and leasing of retail and office properties.

Cobey has an extensive background as an entrepreneur and business consultant professional.  Her experience in lease negotiations and commercial sales provides valuable experience from the tenant’s and landlord’s perspective. This experience, coupled with her business consulting history, provides an excellent background for helping companies of all sizes with their unique real estate needs.

Melissa Moran – CBRE – As Vice President with CBRE’s Northern Colorado office, Melissa Moran specializes primarily in retail and office transactions, from investment property sales to landlord and tenant representation. Ms. Moran brings more than twelve years experience in the shopping center industry, with expertise in lease negotiations, site selection and asset dispositions. Her experience managing each of the major shopping centers in Northern Colorado provides a solid background for understanding market nuances, and connecting retail to the communities.

Nathan brings a unique collection of real estate experience to the table including landlord/tenant and buyer/seller representation in commercial real estate transactions; and significant experience working with municipalities to obtain project approvals for his clients. Nathan institutes a hands-on approach to the real estate business, performing all functions of the real estate transaction from project introduction to the day of closing.
