Back by popular demand, join CREW Northern Colorado for another NOCO Development Project Update, presented by Conor McGrath, Director of Ranch Event Complex, Mark Tinklenberg, Senior Operations Manager of Ranch Event Complex and Clyde Wood, Vice President of Commercial & Mixed-Use Development at McWhinney.
Conor and Mark will be presenting on The Ranch’s Master Plan project updates and how the improvements are supporting the facility’s future. Clyde will be discussing the Foothills Mall redevelopment project taking place in Fort Collins which includes deconstructing a broad swath of the enclosed mall to make way for a mix of residential units, a new 70,000-square-foot office building and open-air shopping.
