As an SVP, Trust Officer III for Northern Colorado, Banner is responsible for leading the Northern Colorado trust team, staying actively engaged in trust management and administration activities for Northern Colorado trusts and partnering with the local team on relationship management for high-net-worth wealth clients. In her role as a Trust Officer, Banner reviews and interprets trust and estate documents, including trust agreements, wills, federal estate tax returns and fiduciary income tax returns. She provides oversight and management of the trust administration activities for Northern Colorado trust and estates. Banner brings a human touch to the role of Corporate Trustee, and in doing so, she is able to develop fiduciary and wealth management relationships by working closely with the clients and their legal, tax and wealth management advisors. She provides a comprehensive approach to help identify the objectives for the relationship and ultimately meeting the clients’ goals

Tracy is a 20 year resident of Fort Collins with over 26 years of experience in the banking and wealth management industry. Following graduation with a Sociology degree from Western Michigan University in Kalamazoo, Michigan, she continued to pursue a career in banking leadership and lending services, finding alignment between her desire to help and support people in pursuit of solutions to societal problems, with the long-term relationships and financial solutions developed with clients and staff in community banks. As a portfolio manager and wealth planner, she continues to leverage her love of analysis and research to guide and advise clients on their financial journey. Tracy is also active in her community, serving as the current board chair of the Poudre School District Foundation and Crossroads Safehouse.
