CREW NoCo invites all members and non-members to a lunch presentation by Bridget Berry, Consultant for Metrostudy’s Colorado-New Mexico Region. Back by popular demand, Bridget will discuss trends in the Northern Colorado economy and their effect on the local real estate market. The MetroStudy organization is the nation’s premier provider of real estate intelligence with in-depth analysis about development, marketing, and economic issues.

Bridget Berry – Senior Consultant
Bridget Berry is a Senior Consultant for Metrostudy, researching projects in the Western region. Her recent projects have been focused on market evaluations and opportunity analysis along Colorado’s Front Range. Prior to joining Metrostudy, Bridget was Regional Director of Analytics for commercial real estate reporting firm, Xceligent, where she tracked transactions in the state of Colorado. Before Xceligent, Bridget served as the U.S. Research Analyst for the global brokerage firm, Colliers International and Market Research Analyst for retail developer Developers Diversified Realty.
Berry received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and minor in Urban & Regional Analysis from Miami University. Bridget is active in various industry associations, including the Professional Women in Building’s Denver chapter and the Urban Land Institute of Colorado.
