Cobey Wess | Vice President, SVN Commercial

Cobey Wess serves as Vice President for SVN|Denver Commercial focusing in the Northern Colorado region. She has established herself as a strong client representative and has proven success with leasing and sale of commercial properties. Cobey has an extensive background as an entrepreneur and business consultant marketing professional. In addition to owning and operating several businesses she served as a major account executive for Integrated Business Analysis, a multi-national business consulting firm. At IBA, Cobey worked with national assignments, which involved multiple industries, and involved facilitation of strategic planning.

Melissa Moran, CCIM | Vice President, CBRE

As Vice President with CBRE’s Northern Colorado office, Melissa Moran is a retail specialist for occupier and investor representation for leasing and investment sales. Ms. Moran brings fifteen years’ experience in the shopping center industry and a keen understanding of lease negotiations, site selection and asset dispositions and acquisitions. Prior to joining CBRE, Ms. Moran was a regional director of a shopping center portfolio of three million square feet throughout the West and Midwest for Bayer Properties.

Her passion for understanding the dynamic nature of retail, working with merchants, landlords and institutional partners translates into serving the interests and goals of her clients with attention to detail and excellence.

Jamie Globelnik | Broker, Realtec CRES Loveland

Jamie has nine years’ experience in commercial real estate and has been with Realtec Loveland since 2015. She is a Broker specializing in the leasing and sales of office and industrial space. Additionally, she manages commercial properties in the Northern Colorado area, including Class A office, medical and industrial space. Prior to joining Realtec, Jamie was a Leasing Professional at McWhinney Real Estate Services, Inc. assisting in their Multifamily Department for Lake Vista Luxury Apartment Homes and The Greens at Van de Water.

Jamie was the 2022 President of the Northern Colorado Chapter of Commercial Real Estate Women (CREW) and has served on the Board of Directors since 2020. Jamie has served on the Board of Directors for the Northern Colorado Commercial Association of Realtors (NCCAR) since 2023 and is currently the Treasurer. In 2020, she won the NCCAR Rookie Broker of the Year Titan Award, which is awarded to the broker with the highest level of real estate transactions within the first three years of having their license. In 2021, Jamie was honored as a Notable Woman in Commercial Real Estate and in 2022, she was honored as a 40 Under Forty award recipient by BizWest Media. In 2023, Jamie was part of a three-person team who were awarded the NCCAR Notable Deal of the Year Titan Award for successfully completing the sale of a 152-acre site to Amazon in Loveland, CO.

Lauren Larsen | Managing Broker, NAI Affinity

Lauren is the Managing Broker at NAI Affinity, a Northern Colorado based commercial real estate brokerage that is part of NAI Global. As an Advisor at NAI Affinity, her primary role is to build long term relationships of trust with clients and to help provide expertise to those clients throughout the real estate transaction process in order to help them achieve excellent results. Lauren focuses her time in the industry on self-storage and multifamily investment sales, along with development land transactions. Specific to self-storage, Lauren is one of four members who created the Nunez Self Storage Group in partnership with NAI Global to bring an unparalleled level of experience and expertise to the table of every self-storage transaction ranging from the sale of: mom & pop facilities to new developments, all the way up to institutional quality Class A properties and portfolio sales.

Lauren is a Colorado native who has called Northern Colorado home for most of her life. She has a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with an emphasis in Real Estate from the Leeds School of Business at the University of Colorado Boulder. She has always been committed to her community and has volunteered at various local charitable organizations such as the Gardens on Spring Creek, Pathways Hospice, Elderhaus, and Meals on Wheels. She is also currently a member of the Board of Directors for Project Self Suficency.
