Becky Safarik will be sharing with us a behind-the-scenes look at how the Double Tree Hotel came to be in downtown Greeley. Her presentation will focus on how projects like this get off the ground and particularly how they are financed given the restraint of commercial lending institutions. We’ll also have Stu MacMillan in to discuss the brand new Elizabeth Hotel in Downtown Fort Collins, as well as other projects that are taking place throughout the Fort Collins community.
